Dental Assistants – Tuesday–Friday | Christiansburg, VA – Willing to Train – Substantial Sign-On Bonus Based on Experience
Position 1 – Tuesday-Friday: 7:30AM-6:00PM
Position 2 – Tuesday-Friday 9:30AM- 6:00PM

The Community Health Center of the New River Valley is seeking two full-time Dental Assistants (40 hours/week) for our Christiansburg dental office. We are looking for team members who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care to our community.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain proper infection control standards
- Support patient flow to ensure efficient and positive visits
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients and team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and support overall clinic operations
Qualifications
- Experience in a dental office environment preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preference given to candidates with federally qualified health center experience
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (hiring bonus available)
